• How much does a WordPress business website cost?

  Visio Design website projects start at €1,450. Pricing depends on scope: a landing site is around €1,450, a full company site around €2,900, and a custom Next.js build from €4,800. Prices are excl. VAT. The price always includes design, development, technical SEO, the first year of premium maintenance and a 100% satisfaction guarantee: if you're not happy with the result, you get all your money back and the site is not published.
• How is a website project paid for?

  Usually 50% is paid before the project starts and 50% before launch. The site goes live once the final payment is made. Two revision rounds are included; extra work after that is €85/h.
• How long does a website project take?

  Light landing sites typically launch within a week, full company sites in 3–4 weeks, and custom Next.js builds in 6–10 weeks. The schedule is confirmed at the proposal stage and kept.
• Why would I choose WordPress over Next.js, or vice versa?

  WordPress suits sites where the client needs to update content easily, typically marketing and company sites. Next.js is the better choice for top-tier performance, complex application features, or sites that are part of a larger product family. We pick the technology based on business needs, not preference. Both are designed and built by our own team.
• Is SEO included in the website price?

  Technical SEO is always included: site speed, metadata, schema.org structured data, sitemap, indexing checks and Google Search Console setup. Paid SEO means content SEO: keyword research, content production and on-page optimisation. We offer it as an add-on starting at €700.
• Who writes the copy and provides the photos?

  You can supply the copy yourself, and we'll edit it or use it as is. Usually we write or edit at least part of it, because the site's usability depends heavily on the content. Copywriting is part of the package. We don't have an in-house photographer: you provide the photos, and if there are none, we use edited stock photos or create custom graphics. A logo or visual identity can be designed as part of the project.
• Who owns the site, and can it be moved to another provider?

  After the project you own the site's design, code and images. Fonts are used according to their own licences. The site is fully portable: WordPress sites run on standard WordPress, and Next.js sites run on standard Node.js. At handover you get instructions for updating the content, and you can always ask us for help later.
• What happens to maintenance after the first year?

  The first year of premium maintenance is included: security updates, backups, monitoring and technical support. After that, maintenance renews automatically unless you cancel. If you cancel, maintenance simply ends and the site remains yours.
• Where is the site hosted, and do you handle domains and email?

  WordPress sites are hosted on Zoner or Seravo managed hosting, and Next.js sites mostly on Vercel. Urgent hosting issues are handled by the host's support, and we fix anything related to the site's development. We can help with domains and email, but they aren't a core service.
• Do you work outside Turku and in other languages?

  Most of our clients are from Turku and Southwest Finland, but we deliver projects across Finland. Most work happens remotely, with meetings in Turku or at your premises when useful. We build sites in Finnish, English, Swedish and other languages, and we also serve clients in Swedish.
