Overview
Heela Terveys is a private Helsinki medical clinic with receptions in Kannelmäki and the Itis shopping center. We built them a modern and trustworthy website. In healthcare, trust is built on the very first visit, so the site needed to be clear, accessible, and professional.
The WordPress site includes service descriptions, staff profiles, appointment booking, and contact information. All information is organized so patients find what they need quickly.

Challenge
The clinic didn't have a proper website, and patients called the reception to get basic information about services and appointments. This burdened staff and slowed down new patient acquisition.
Solution
We built a clear WordPress site that answers the most common patient questions: what services are available, who provides care, and how to book an appointment. The booking integration directs patients straight to reservation. The site is WCAG accessible and optimized for local Google search.
